The Volcano and the hot springs

The back wall of the spectacular landscape is give by the severe presence of the Cay volcano, which, thanks to its activity, allow to enjoy natural hot springs on the edge of the sea.

These hot spring, undoubtedly, are one of the privileges of Valle Marta Lodge.

They are four natural hot spring, at different temperatures -ranging from 25ºC (75ºF) to 40ºC (100ºF)- offering a deserved rest after a fly fishing or excursion day.  Every day, during a couple of hours the host spring are covered by high tides therefore, renewing its water in the interior and moderating the temperature.

On its walls, we can find a type of mud especially wanted by women to get beauty treatments to smoothen their skin.
